Looking back at everything that happened…

I don’t think that moment came out of nowhere.

There were things leading up to it.

A song that hit me in a way I didn’t expect.
A feeling I hadn’t felt in a long time.
The return of something I thought I had lost.

Hope.

And it wasn’t subtle.

It hit me in a way that made me stop and pay attention.

For the first time in a long time, something inside me shifted.

And that moment led me somewhere I hadn’t been in years.

Back to church.

Not because I suddenly had answers.

Not because everything made sense.

But because something in me said I needed to be there.

Looking back now, I realize something important:

Sometimes it’s not just about what happens to us.

It’s about whether we’re open to it when it shows up.

Because moments of change don’t always arrive loudly.
Sometimes they come quietly.

Sometimes they come quietly.

A song.
A thought.
A feeling you haven’t had in a long time.

And if we’re not open…

we miss them.

Or we dismiss them.

Or we explain them away.

But this time…

I didn’t.

And I can’t ignore what followed.

So maybe that’s part of the truth in all of this:

What you do with a miracle…

doesn’t just begin after it happens.

It begins in the moments leading up to it.

Sometimes, the simplest moments hold the deepest wisdom.

Whether it was the Universe directing me, or God working directly in my life, or just an incredibly lucky draw of the cards, I have been given a 2nd chance, and I intend to use it to my fullest ability!

I honestly feel that we are all put here for a reason, a mission to accomplish, a task that we’re to complete before our lifetimes expire. I also feel that the Universe will present the opportunity for it to happen time after time until you achieve it – a whole separate argument for believing in reincarnation – but I also feel that the human itself has to contribute to the accepting energy – and must be prepared to receive these gifts from the Universe…
